We collaborate closely with a select group of trusted suppliers, including skilled metal fabricators, to ensure the production of high-quality components, coatings, and finishes.

We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the materials firsthand. Visit our studio/workshop to explore material and finished samples, providing you with the opportunity to witness the exquisite craftsmanship up close. If needed, we can also arrange to send samples for your approval.

All our pieces are meticulously handcrafted, whether they are in stock or made to order. Our dedicated craftsmen work alongside designers, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes exceptional quality and continuous improvement

Payments:

After placing an order, we will generate an invoice for your reference. Please note that all orders are confirmed upon full payment of the invoice. For larger projects, we can discuss and agree on customised payment schedules.

Kindly be aware that product prices, shipping charges, and import duties are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, and any quotes or invoices issued by us are valid for a period of 30 days.

Shipping

Unless otherwise arranged, all deliveries are entrusted to reliable 3rd party companies. From the moment your order leaves our workshop to its final destination, all contents are fully insured as outlined in the delivery agreement stated on the invoices. We carefully consider the size, type, fragility, and specific characteristics of each item to determine the most suitable shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates, delivery distance, and the complexity of packing requirements. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the price of the product.

Important Note

We kindly request you to carefully inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any visible signs of damaged packaging, please make a note of the problem on the Delivery Note, take pictures as evidence, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item inside is also damaged. Please be aware that signing the delivery receipt without any notations regarding damaged packaging implies your acceptance of the completed order in perfect condition.

Cancellations and Amendments

To request a cancellation or amendment, please submit your request in writing within 5 working days from the order confirmation. Depending on the date of cancellation or amendment, a charge may be applied before issuing any refund. We strive to provide transparency by furnishing you with detailed information on the costs associated with changes or cancellations, whenever possible.

Designs and Exclusivity:

Unless agreed in writing prior, Tade Space Ltd. retains all rights to designs, including commissioned works. However, in cases where written agreement has been reached, commissioned designs will be unique and will not be replicated. Please note that materials and working methods used in such projects will still remain the property of Tade Space Ltd.
